Meridian Coordinator Laura Nichols was quoted as saying our January superstar, Teschia, “has been over the top with selling, knowing our products, over communicating, being a fabulous team play, and just doing so well at all she does.”

Teschia works long and hard hours to make sure her clients become happy CBH homeowners.

Sales Director, Michelle Jacobi, presented this month’s superstar with the Gold medal for always selling, going above and beyond the norm to get deals to close, great with brokerage, meetings and Realtor relations. She is a top producer industry leader. Her positive attitude and motivation helps her lead the Canyon County Square One Sales Center team as the Sales Manager.
