>Meeting With the Superintendent

>At CBH Homes we always strive to put our most important asset first – our customers. Recently, Dusty and Sandra Grant decided to build a Sawtooth floor plan in our Arbor Ridge community. We walked them through the build job process and they were excited to choose all of their own structural features as well as their own colors and styles on the interior and exterior of the home. In the past we have typically had our home owners meet with their superintendent overseeing the construction of their home at the New Home Orientation which is after we have already built their home.

Our customers have always loved the opportunity to get to know their superintendents at their final walk through. Knowing this, we thought that it would be a great idea for them to get to know the superintendent PRIOR to building their home so they could ask any questions that they might have directly to the person that would be building it for them! What a wonderful concept! Dusty and Sandra were able to meet with their superintendent, Braxton Hansen, the day before we broke ground. They not only got to know the person building their home but they were able to ask any questions they had concerning the building process and their home site.

“I really like the idea of meeting with the homeowners before we break ground. I love building homes but it makes the process so much more meaningful when you can meet and get to know the homeowners that you are working for!” – Braxton Hansen,
CBH Homes Superintendent

I really appreciate the enthusiasm from our Superintendents when it comes to our customers. It’s great to have such strong support from all sides of our team!

Sincerely,
