How to Decorate your Holiday Table | Live with Lisa
The Holiday season is approaching QUICKLY and we are here for it!! With Thanksgiving less than a week out, and Christmas in a little over a month, we have a TON of Holiday decoration inspo coming your way! Watch the latest episode of Live with Lisa to learn how to decorate your Holiday Table below!
Here’s Lisa’s design expertise in a nutshell:
THANKSGIVING THEMED HOLIDAY TABLE
Step 1: Start with a runner down the middle of the table
Step 2: Start creating the center of your Holiday table with vases and jars at different heights to create more depth
Step 3: Spice it up! Introduce something fun to your table, In Lisa’s case she used a fun metallic ribbon & white pumpkins
Step 4: For the table setting: Layer your plates! Lisa used three plates, dinner, salad & desert plate and topped it with the same pumpkins from step 3.
Step 5: Add greenery for the finishing touch
CHRISTMAS THEMED HOLIDAY TABLE
Step 1: Set your place mats and work on your fun centerpiece. Lisa used green garland, candle sticks and fun glass vases!
Step 2: Time to set your table – Lisa used fun new plates that were a mix between a bowl & a plate! She then placed her napkins with napkin rings in the middle of the plate and topped it off with an off centered small bowl.
Easy peasy!
NEW YEAR THEMED HOLIDAY TABLE
Step 1: Lisa started with an off centered table cloth.
Step 2: This table’s main focus is a FUN centerpiece. We have stacked champagne glasses, cool black vases, gold candle sticks & candles and a bottle of champagne to wrap it all up!
Step 3: Add layered plates – In this case Lisa used a dinner plate & salad plate topped with a napkin, tied together with a NYE popper! So fun!

Did you see how Lisa decorated her Dollar Store table for LESS THAN $20?! Being festive doesn’t have to break the bank!
Starting with a festive red & green plaid runner, she used the same green garland and added red ornaments! Add in candle sticks and swap out the white candles for red. Wrap it all together with glass vases filled with candy canes and fresh flowers. Don’t miss the red chargers and layering of your plates.
