November is the month to be thankful, and boy, we couldn’t be more so. We’ve had a BIG year here at CBH and we’re so grateful to be moving on up! Here’s what went down in 2019…

You’re probably thinking, okay… we know all of this! Well, the reason for this is to announce a new award that we are SO grateful for. CBH jumped 11 spots in the Idaho Private 100, gaining us the Moving On Up Award! We’re now ranked #20 out of 100 private Idaho companies. The theme for the 2019 Idaho Private 100 was, “Grow. Here.” We couldn’t resonate to that more.
Not only is CBH Homes “Moving On Up”, but so is Idaho. Shocker, right? Idaho is growing, and growing faster than anyone ever expected. We’re here to help make that process a little bit easier by providing everyone, no matter who they are, an affordable and beautiful place to live.
In case you didn’t know, Idaho is REALLY growing, and growing fast! Boise is always the top of the list, but don’t discredit it’s surrounding cities such as Meridian, Kuna, and Caldwell. According to the Idaho Statesman, Meridian has more than tripped in size since the year 2000 and is the fastest growing city in Idaho! That’s 12 people moving to Meridian every. single. day. Kuna has a new high school in the works, and according to the Idaho Statesman, Caldwell is projected to grow at an annual rate of about 3.5%, resulting in a population of over 81,000 by 2040!
We’re so blessed to be Idaho’s #1 home builder and that we’re given the opportunity to build dreams for so many people, (19,000 home owners, but who’s counting?)
