Renee ‘Spice Cat’ Baird – Sales Coach

This world-traveler, cowgirl, ball of fire will keep you on your toes and ready to go. Always willing jump in and help in any situation, Renee, truly cares about everyone around her. Her Zen-like, positive attitude reassures you that everything is going to run according to plan, leaving you with a sense of gratitude. When Renee isn’t hard at work she spends time with her 3 beautiful daughters and traveling.

 

Stacey ‘I bleed CBH’ Lozon– Sales Assistant

If you’ve met Stacey, then you know you do a whole lot of smiling around her. This CBHer breathes CBH by day and lives CBH by night! Yes, she’s a CBH homeowner and knows first hand the building process. When she’s not selling or hanging with her two beautiful children, you can find her DIYing home decor, camping, and snapping photos of just about everything!

What does it mean to be a Top Sales Center?

We tally and track for 7 different categories from traffic goals, sales goals, and to buyer love updates! Numbers are great but a Top Sales Center is so much more than that. They must be in good standings with their buyers, treat their team with the utmost respect, and live by the CBH core values that LOVE WINS!
