Fresh off the press, Builder Magazine has a brand new article that is sure to make us all happy.

Chris Thornberg was one who wasn’t so sure of the housing market back in 2007, stating people should wait another year or two when they could buy for even less.

It’s been longer than that and now Thornberg is the next real estate professional to believe that the housing market is in a great place and the time to buy is NOW!
