Woman of the Year, Ronda Conger

Ronda Conger named 2018 Woman of the Year by the Idaho Business Review.

Why we love Ronda more than cheetos.

We’re not surprised at all. When our Vice President was named an honoree of the 2018 Women of the Year event put on by the Idaho Business Review, we were all in. Ronda Conger, VP of CBH Homes, has been spreading her sunshine throughout the company for 14 years. She rocks the troops daily with her energy, passion, and inspiration. Whether it’s personal or about the business, Ronda is involved in all areas of the company. She wants to know all about you, what makes you tick, and how she can help you be better in any way.

Here at CBH Homes, we understand why Ronda is so amazing. In our eyes, she’s woman of the decade. However, when Ronda isn’t casting her light at CBH, she’s making a giant impact on the rest of the world.

Not only is Ronda a Board member of the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, a Board of Director member for the Treasure Valley YMCA, Library Leader for the Boise Public Library, and Together Treasure Valley partner, she won the 2017 Light the Night Community Impact Award. In 2017, the Idaho-Montana branch raised over $500,000 much due to Ronda’s contacts and personal fundraising.

Author of 3 books, professional speaker, and proud mother of two sons. Her husband will tell you, she’s a full tank of gas and we’ll agree.

2018 Woman of the Year

If you know the CBH crew, you know that we run as a pack! During the event, we crossed our fingers that Ronda would be named the 2018 Woman of the Year. However, she had some big competition.
