In addition, Loansafe.org discussed how the rise in permits pulled is comparable to this time last year, but home prices are slowly rising, creating the buzz we’re hearing across the Valley. “Overall, the value of new homes being built this year is significantly up from 2011, Building Department statistics show,” they say.
