Here are the Tip Tuesday tips from the past month:
- October 7 – “Don’t get too comfortable with the current warm weather. The first frost for the Treasure Valley on average happens next week! Disconnect your outdoor hoses from exterior faucets this week to keep them in good condition.”
- October 14 – “It’s that time of year again, CBH Homeowners… prevent damage to your irrigation system by having your sprinkler pipes blown out! Not entirely sure what that is? This article breaks it down nicely.”
- October 21 – “Before all the leaves fall make sure your roof is in good condition to withstand the upcoming snow pile! We encourage you hire a professional. In case you do some inspection on your home please be safe!”
- October 28 – “CBH Homeowners! It’s that time again… daylight savings ends November 2nd at 2:00 am. You’ll be getting an extra hour of sleep, so be sure you can sleep soundly by changing the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. A good rule to live by: when you change the time, change the batteries!”
