What’s your #1 tip to buying a new home? Thank goodness they don’t build them like they used to. Look at new construction.

What do you love about CBH? Easy and fun to do business with. Consistent quality in workmanship and materials.

What do you love about real estate? It satisfies my God given instinct to help.

What is your favorite area, sport or place in the Treasure Valley? Dairy Queen, they have my malts. Shakes are OK, but malts rule.

What is on your bucket list? Visit all of the major islands of Hawaii.

Do you have a secret talent? I have a few noises that no one else can make. Kids love them.
