I Love You, Be Great – Ronda Conger

 

In my 17 years at CBH, we’ve been through a lot and we know that right now things are uncertain.  I want to take a step back, look at what’s going on, and share my thoughts on how we’re going to get through this, together. 

We know what’s going on isn’t easy, but we’re here to tell you that we’re going to be okay and come out on the other side of this stronger. Being a leader in these extraordinary times is hard but we can learn from others. 

We’re learning from our homeowners, our trades, and our community. 

Right now the world needs leaders. Leaders to show them the way. To help us find the good, to inspire us, and spread love. We made this video called, ‘Love, CBH’ to share all the good things happening, that we’re here for you, and we’re staying strong. 

The people in this video are our team, our homeowners, and our trades who are out there working, spreading love, and building dreams.

It’s going to take all of us to come out of this, and we know we need every single one of you. 

We love our homeowners in our Normandy community who recognized and thanked a respiratory therapist at St. Lukes by decorating their home’s driveway and fence.  Our hearts are full! 

What about Erin Blackwell, a local professional photographer and second time CBH homeowner, who went out to a CBH community and captured front porch family photos for free? She lifted our spirits and her communities!

We thought about holding off on celebrating our 20,000+ happy homeowners but we realized this is just what we needed in today’s environment. We need positive affirmations, the smiles, the gratitude, and love now more than ever. We’ve been busy doorbell ditching and surprising some lucky CBH Homeowners with a party box full of Crumble Cookies, balloons, and more!
