Get ready for a heat wave – the home building heat wave!

If you haven’t seen the front page of the Idaho Statesman, here’s your inside scoop. New home building in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley is heating up and CBH Homes is so excited!

Last week, Corey Barton had the opportunity to chat with the Statesman to discuss the housing market and our excitement for the coming years. “We’re getting back to where property values, population and job growth are all in equilibrium,” Barton said in the interview with Zach Kyle (Idaho Statesman).

Not only are interest rates still great, but the number of permits are consistently picking up, more homes are starting, and people are buying. The Treasure Valley will continue to grow and so will these numbers, and so will CBH Homes.
