Get excited – residential housing is booming!

The past week has been full of great Treasure Valley housing news.

Now the Idaho Statesman is the first to report on the 2012 housing market just at the close of first quarter.

The Intermountain MLS is reporting that residential sales were up 33% in January and 78% in February compared to last year in Ada County. Canyon County has increased even more.
