>CBH Ranks #45 on the Builder 100 for 2010

>Only days ago Builder Magazine released their Top 100 Builders in America List. Even with the housing industry and building slowing down over the past year, CBH Homes has remained steady on the list.

Last year, CBH Homes was ranked #42 – “the highest rank Idaho’s largest homebuilder has ever received from the industry magazine”.

“Being included in this list, let alone maintaining a ranking close to last years’ is actually great news for us in light of the challenging housing market,” Vice President of CBH Homes, Ronda Conger, said.

In 2009, we had 616 closings and landed in at #45. Opposed to last year, CBH Homes is the only Idaho homebuilder included in the Top 100 list this year.
