Builder Magazine Names Boise the 18th Healthiest City in 2011

Not long after it was announced Boise was one of the most active cities, Builder Magazine released their 20 Healthiest Housing Markets of 2011.
Snug between Omaha, NE and Richmond, VA, Boise finds itself at #18 on the list with great predictions for the housing market for the area, as well as unemployment rates and the increase in jobs.
As the only Western market to make the list, Builder Magazine is predicting a 109% change in permits that should hopefully help new construction’s fight against the rising number of foreclosures from 2010.
