Boise lands as the #6 turnaround town by CNN Money.

 

We’re just loving all the great news about Boise that has been streaming in. The latest has Boise in the top 10 of turnaround towns according to CNN Money.

With a combination of both old & new, Boise has a lot going for it, both in the housing industry but also within agriculture and manufacturing.

“According to Realtor.com, the number of homes for sale during the fourth quarter fell by 40% compared with a year earlier. That shrinking inventory should help drive home prices higher. Fiserv is forecasting annual home-price appreciation averaging 6.3% over the next five years.”
