How long have you been selling real estate? Four amazing years!

What’s your #1 tip to buying a new home? Oh man, so many thoughts here! But Number One – Work with a Realtor and Local Lender you trust and can communicate openly with. As a buyer, you need to know without a doubt that your needs and wants are truly being heard and put into action!

What do you love about CBH? I just love the CBH sales staff! My favorite salespeople ALWAYS make buying a fun process (hello, this is the good stuff- it should be!) and are very responsive to buyer requests. It’s so special to hand over keys to a brand spankin’ new home that the buyers are THRILLED with, and they always are with CBH!

What do you love about real estate? Loaded question! I think ultimately it comes down to this: I love to be a part of people’s lives and helping through big transitions like moving! It can be scary, it can be stressful, and part of the human condition is to second-guess yourself. I love giving my clients extra confidence & experience in their decision making and living the end result with them!

Favorite area in the Treasure Valley? We’re so blessed to have 4 seasons and so many opportunities for recreation depending on the season! But in truth, I’m a comfort lover- extreme temperatures and elements are not my gig and I love coming home. Maybe that’s why I so love helping other people have a place they love to come home to!

What is on your bucket list? No bucket list, just trying to live and give the best in life!
