How long have you been selling real estate? 2.5 Years

What’s your #1 tip to buying a new home? This is an exciting time, dreams are literally being built – be a part of the process, check in regularly (as an agent and as a buyer) and get excited about every single step.

What do you love about CBH? I love CBH’s systems. Their process is completely dialed and so smooth, I know exactly what to expect and how to prep clients accordingly. I also love their values, and that they focus on congratulating and uplifting the home buyers.

What do you love about real estate? I love the diversity of real estate, in the areas and the product, but also in the personal and professional development. Fulfillment from helping families along the awesome journey of home buying and selling, and securing investments. Competitive thrill, in knowing the sky is the limit and also in creative tactics to earn a listing or an accepted offer. Intrigue through studying market and economic data and forecasts. Creativity in marketing and business strategies. Camaraderie with other agents, most of whom, from all across brokerages, are the best people you can meet, bringing genuine value to our community. And of course, the Circle of Excellence Awards Gala. 😉

Favorite area in the Treasure Valley? It’s hard to beat the energy of Downtown Boise. From the food and the shops, events, art and awesome architecture, to the incredible views and access to the foothills and river, and knowing that you can say hi to every person you pass and get one right back.

What is on your bucket list? I once climbed an active volcano in Indonesia at 2am to watch the sunrise from the top, I’d like to do that again, but bring a better breakfast.

Do you have a secret talent? The most unusual is probably that I know Braille. I can read and type it, and once translated an entire math book from print to Braille.
